RETURNS
Customer satisfaction is always our top priority and as such we handle each inquiry individually to the best of our ability.
While we hope you are satisfied with your order, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items within 14 days of receipt.
We cannot accept returned items that are damaged and/or not in their original condition or without tags. We do not accept returns on international orders.
Please note that international customs duties and taxes paid at checkout or upon receipt of merchandise are non-refundable and you will only be refunded the cost of the product.
If we are unable to offer you a replacement, you will have the option of receiving a credit note or a refund to your card for the value of the item at the time of purchase and any shipping costs incurred at the time of sale. Please note that refunds may take up to 30 days and are subject to regulations.

FAULTY GOODS
Please note, returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered. We at Olympia Blue take every effort to check your purchase thoroughly for any faults before dispatching. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Similarly, we cannot accept responsibility for garments that have been damaged during washing if our wash instructions have not been followed. We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. If you wish to be sent a replacement, please make your request clear when contacting us about the fault.

HOW TO USE OUR RETURN SERVICE
Please contact customer service at info@olympiablue.us for a return label and easy step-by-step instructions.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the date on which you or a third party other than the carrier received the item.

The following are the steps to follow if you wish to return an item:
  • Return form. Please contact customer service via email for a return label and instructions.
  • Pack the items. Please package returned items using the original packaging provided.
  • Label the package. Attach a prepaid label securely to the box, making sure the old delivery label is covered. Complete the pickup.

RETURN SHIPPING CHARGE
Returning an item will incur a charge of US$10 unless the return is the result of our error. Shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.

REFUND
To avoid fraud, we can only refund the amount to the credit card used to place the order. We are entitled to withhold the refund until we have received the goods or until we have been presented with proof of return of the goods, whichever occurs first.

Please allow up to 14 days for us to process your refund.
